    By accessing or using Castlify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

    2. Description of Service

    Castlify provides cloud-based streaming infrastructure that converts HLS/M3U8 streams into RTMP outputs. The service enables users to broadcast to RTMP-compatible platforms without requiring desktop software or dedicated hardware.

    3. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use Castlify to stream content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You are solely responsible for the content you stream through our service and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions.

    5. Payment and Billing

    Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

    6. Service Availability

    While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Castlify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of Castlify are owned by Castlify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Castlify after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
